UNITE IGNITE Songfest is a celebration of song, dance, family, diversity and community where East meets West!

UNITE IGNITE Song Festival re-ignites the passion and inspiration in local artists, and in their audience, to bridge the isolation of COVID with the sheer joy of music and song. The show infuses the common language of music with the different dialects and lyrics of our diverse cultures, ethnicity, and times. Featuring feature mezzo, soprano and tenor voices from emerging and established artists.

A fresh interpretation of the song "Think of Me" from the Phantom of the Opera, will be sung by Yu Fei Lu while wearing her national Korean costume. This jam-packed, lively show is a celebration of the flamboyant movement, rhythms, and colourful costumes of Asian dance which are also found in European dances accompanied with guitar. The audience will experience the differing cultural and modern portrayals of the universal emotions of romance and dance.

Funds raised will be used to help mothers and children recover from the devastation and poverty caused by severe typhoons in the Central Luzon region in the Philippines.
