The Pioneer Theatre offers multiple configurations determined by the usage and the anticipated audience size.

Six of the general room configurations are:

Theatre Mode (maximum 372 seats)

Theatre Intimate Mode (maximum 211 seats)

Lecture Mode (maximum 418 seats)

Cabaret Mode (maximum 220 seats / 22 round tables)

Banquet Mode (maximum 340 seats / 34 round tables)

Flat Floor Mode (full open floor, the room can be divided into two rooms)

Technical Service Providers
The Pioneer Theatre has the following approved Technical Service Providers who can offer audio visual and technical event production services to hirers for theatrical performances, seminars or banquet functions.

You may use your own technical support person who is not on the the theatre and the Hills Shire Council's approved list as long as the chosen person has been inducted into the Theatre prior to any event.
